The Challenge

Helium vacuum leak detectors are expensive, fragile, sensitive, heavy and they apply costly Helium gas as tracer gas. Rental cost is high and so is the helium tracer gas.



Solution

H₂ LeakDetector uses a common and inexpensive formier gas as tracer gas. Formier gas is a widely applied gas for welding.
The instrument is compact, and the entire system can be procured at a very affordable price compared to conventional helium vacuum leak detectors.
The instrument is designed for easy replacement of the sensor, which  can be replaced on-site at low cost.
H₂ LeakDetector has almost the same procedures as an expensive helium leak detection system.
